Biochemistry

Biochemistry is the study of the chemistry of life. As a Biochemistry major you will explore the structure and properties of biological molecules and the relationship between their chemical structure and their function in living systems. A degree in biochemistry provides you with crucial hands-on training in the laboratory right from the very first year to prepare you for the professional world.

This list is not exhaustive but provides an idea of the options graduates have and what they have gone on to do. Some options are more directly associated with a Biochemistry degree than others.
