Identify and reflect on your experiential education or on-campus experiences

Benefits of identifying and reflecting on your experiences

  • It allows you to assess what you have learned and gained through your experience
  • It can help you to realize the connection between theory and practical experience
  • It helps you to identify areas for further advancement
  • It helps you to develop the reflective practice habits for future experience

Some reflection questions to consider:

  • Were you able to achieve the goals and objectives determined for your experiential experience?
  • How did you apply the knowledge you gained in class?
  • What new skills did you gain through this experience?
  • What was your greatest accomplishment?
  • What skills or areas would you like to further develop?
