ICO empowers marginalized youth in Jane & Finch community by providing free, culturally responsive programs in education, mentorship, leadership, and mental health.

Programs & Services:

•Homework Club: A free, after-school program supporting 40+ elementary students with tutoring, mentorship, and social-emotional development. High school Youth Leaders gain paid leadership experience.

•Leadership & Vocational Mentorship: Youth receive career guidance, networking, and job readiness training. Participants are paired with mentors to build educational and professional pathways.

•Revolution Basketball:A free sports-based mentorship program fostering leadership, teamwork, and community for the youths

•Mental Health Program: Reducing stigma and increasing access through peer support circles, workshops, one-on-one counseling, and family sessions.

•March & Summer Camps: Full-day camps engage youth in educational and recreational activities, strengthening social skills, resilience, and confidence.
