About COSTI COSTI is a community-based not-for-profit organization that has supported newcomers and diverse communities across the Greater Toronto Area since 1952. We provide settlement, employment, education and social services that help individuals overcome barriers, build skills and take meaningful steps toward a successful life in Canada.

With 19 locations and a team that speaks more than 60 languages, we offer culturally responsive, client-focused support tailored to the needs of each person we serve. Our services include career development, language training, housing support, mental health services, and specialized programs for seniors, families and women.

At our core, COSTI is more than a service provider—we are a community. We believe that when people feel supported, they thrive. And when individuals thrive, so do our communities.

Recruiting for:

 

Administrative Assistant – Support daily office operations and help our programs run smoothly.

ESL Teacher Assistant – Assist English instructors and help newcomers build confidence in their language skills.

CAAT Invigilator – Help administer language and skills assessments in a fair and welcoming environment.

Community Connections Volunteer – Foster inclusion by helping newcomers engage with their new community.

Special Events Volunteer – Bring energy to community celebrations, workshops, and fundraising events.

English Conversation Circle Facilitator – Lead fun and interactive sessions to help participants practice conversational English.

Shelter Support Volunteer – Provide hands-on assistance to refugee families and individuals settling into new surroundings
