Founded in 1983, the Alzheimer Society Peel is the largest chapter of the Alzheimer Society across Canada. ASP provides compassionate care, education, and support to more than 55,000 persons living with dementia and their care partners across the Region of Peel each year.

Our programs include day programs, respite care, public education, and community services—each designed to enhance quality of life, promote dignity, and foster inclusion. ASP also works closely with healthcare providers, researchers, and all levels of government to advance awareness, improve access to care, and support dementia-friendly communities.

Guided by our mission to alleviate the personal and social consequences of Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias, ASP continues to provide Help for Today and Hope for Tomorrow through the values of Respect, Compassion, Knowledge, Competency, Accountability, and Integrity.
