To ensure the success of our program, we recognize the value of allies and have allocated 10% of our program participation to invite them to join us in achieving our goals.

In the corporate realm, community engagement is now a top priority, evident in substantial investments by companies to foster employee involvement. This program responds to shifting employment dynamics by empowering young women and girls with transferable skills and strong work ethics, addressing the employability gap for school graduates. This results in an empowered youth actively shaping program success through participant-driven activities.

More than a program, it’s a dynamic space crafted by participants, tailored to meet each cohort’s unique needs. Rapidly sought-after and well-regarded, EmpowHER stands at the forefront of impactful change, driven by dedicated participants and strong community ties.
