The Ontario Council on Articulation and Transfer (ONCAT) is a non-profit organization funded by the government of Ontario. ONCAT supports projects aimed at creating and expanding credit transfer pathways, collects credit transfer data and shares resources, hosts events to bring together credit transfer experts from across Ontario and connects students to transfer resources through Ontario's Transfer and Pathways Guide (ONTransfer.ca).
