Associate Consultant
Cohesive is seeking an Associate Consultant for our Canadian Service Delivery department, Cohesive Americas division of Bentley Systems. The Canadian Service Delivery team specializes in implementing Enterprise Asset Management solutions to diverse industries across all markets and has grown to incorporate one of the largest in-house teams specialized in Maximo products and services.
As an Associate Consultant for Cohesive, you will be part of a team that configures Enterprise Asset Management software solutions. You can expect to work on complex challenges that will allow you to utilize your technical skills to build enterprise-level solutions and develop your Maximo skills, by contributing to both client and internal projects. You will have the opportunity to build foundational skills and competencies in relevant technologies and gain experience by participating in different types of projects.

Responsibilities:
Configure and customize Maximo EAM solutions.
Identify, interpret, and implement technical requirements.
Define application solutions based on client requirements.
Implement solutions using Java, Python, and SQL.
Integrate to 3rd party applications.
Gather business requirements and convert them into system-level requirements, build user test scripts, develop end-user training materials, and conduct basic Maximo troubleshooting.
Develop documentation such as test plans, application guides and as-built documentation.
Deliver high-quality, reliable results while managing your time effectively.
Build and maintain relationships with clients you are directly working with, to ensure we are providing value, building trust, and developing a strong working relationship.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or relevant experience.
Knowledge of Java and Python programming languages.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to communicate with ease and clarity.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to travel up to 50% within Canada and US.
Knowledge of database systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2 is desired.
Knowledge of version control software such as SVN is a plus.
Strength in collaborative team work.
Technical requirement gathering experience is an asset.
