We offer employers the use of our interview rooms on campus, free of charge. By meeting students and upcoming graduates right on campus, interviewing is made easy for both the employer and future employees.

Interview rooms are booked on a first-come, first-served basis and are available during the following time periods:

• Monday – Thursday: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
• Friday: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.

How to book an interview room

If you have a work opportunity advertised with us, complete the Interview Room Request Form and submit your booking request at least one week in advance of your desired date

• A Career Centre representative will respond to your inquiry as quickly as possible.
• Please send a list of students to be interviewed and the times that they are scheduled for no later than two days before the interviews.
